產品詳情請聯系金山科研平臺微信：jinshanbio 2008年，Mann等利用SILAC技術（K6）實現了對小鼠個體的完全標記（Cell,2008,134(2):353-364），使得SILAC技術從細胞水平擴展到了模式動物個體水平，極大地拓寬了SILAC技術的應用領域。現已有各種商品化的SILAC(K6)標記的小鼠組織（詳見“產品中心”SILAC-labeled mouse tissue）銷售。標記組織中表達的每個蛋白質上的Lys都是13C標記的（13C6-Lys，記為K6），其比普通的Lys（12C6-Lys，記為K0）在質量上多6Da（Dalton）。依據SILAC的技術原理，其可作為未標記小鼠組織的內參（Reference），借助LC-MS實現對您的小鼠模型特定組織差異蛋白質組的定量分析。SILAC-labeled mouse tissue分析方法的優勢很明顯：（1）質譜標簽是在樣品的最源頭—蛋白質上引入的，能極大的降低實驗的系統誤差。（2）實驗流程簡單，提取蛋白1:1混合就能進行后續MS分析。（3）SILAC技術更高的定量準確度，保證了數據的可靠性。（4）SILAC技術上的“高、大、上”，能提升文章的檔次。SILAC標記的各種小鼠組織列表如下表所示，歡迎來電/來信咨詢：021-57643823，service@psi-bioscience.com.
